This is a great setup guide!   My only note is that when following the video I did not get the 'Hide Mock Locations' module automatically.   If you google that, you will find the correct xPosed module, and then install it, and it will work.

My questions:  What about the device ID?   I see you change the Model/Manufacture and you can set a new IMEI -- but what device ID is nox sending, and can (should?) it be modified?

Also, if you didn't want to use the Mock location pathing, and just play directly in Nox using WASD (more risky, yes), what other obfuscation methods might be helpful?

Thanks for the great tips!

it is possible to use the buildin walking joystick in Nox. you can walk using WASD keys.
You do need have mock locations off and you do need to be in the right location else you risk teleporting to your new location.

Yes, I have blacklisted 'Mock Locations' through the module.

Still I don't assume this is 100% ban safe...  you didn't answer the question about changing Nox's Device ID.

Apparently, every instance of NOX has the same Android Device ID and Serial that are not changeable through the properties in NOX -- this info is sent to Niantic via Pokemon GO.  If you have ever played on nox w/out changing these, they might know.

Also, I have read from other forums that gps spoofers such as Mock Location do not always send full telemtry data ... while is certainly helps, it may not be full proof.

Your further feedback is appreciated!  Thank you.

-In Nox go to settings.
-Go to the tab (left hand side) called porperties.
-Change all the information here.
-Safe and restart.

for the Device id you can use this method:

I tried a few tools, but none work well with Nox.   I also tried using xPrivacy (an Xposed module) and notice that in addition to the Device ID, that the SERIAL is also requested by PokemonGO -- the Serial set in NOX is also not changeable in the properties, and is another clear indicator that you are using NOX.   The trouble is I could not get xPrivacy to work and still get GPS to work with PokemonGO ... in short, because both Andriod 'Device ID' AND 'Serial' are not easily changeable in Nox, it would be very easy with any PokemonGo player that uses Nox to be identified...  Your app may be safer than most, but it is still easily identifiable as not using the real game.

Easy to change the ID, I checked with Donkey Guard and there is no request for the serial in there though. Or maybe its not detected the right way.

Thank you! --- I also found an app called 'Device Emulator' that works well with xPosed that also will spoof the serial # too.

I also changed the init.nox.sh file that is covered in this thread:
